Final Guaranteed Numbers: We need an estimated number of guests at the time you reserve the date. We require your final guaranteed number one week before your event. Your guaranteed number can be increased but not lowered up to 72 hours before your event. After this time, no changes will be permitted. We are always prepared to serve 5% more than your guaranteed number of guests. If we serve more meals than what you guaranteed,  will bill you for a mutually agreed upon number of additional meals.
Extended Serving Times: The 17% service charge includes three hours of service staff. The three hours includes serving the meal and clearing the tables after the meal. We understands that events do not always eat as scheduled. If our staff is delayed in serving dinner or you would like our service staff for a longer period of time, the additional charges will be $20 per hour per service staff.  If you are delayed in serving dinner, and we are required to go beyond the three hour service staff time, we will bill the customer for these additional charges. Buffet dinners are typically served for one hour.
Other services:  Our prices include service staff to set the tables, clear the dishes, and to provide coffee and milk at the table. We will skirt the head table, cake table, punch table, gift table, hors d’oeuvres table and book table (if necessary). For receptions, we will cut your wedding cake at a $.50 additional charge, please provide a bride’s knife set for your use that day. We will serve your guests wedding cake if you choose a sit down dinner. It is the customer’s responsibility to package the remaining cake.

Entertainment/Cake Services:  You are more than welcome to have any cake or DJ/Band service that you wish.  All incoming food must come from a licensed facility and must be pre-approved thru the Director of Food and Beverage Services.

Tableware Service/Dishes: All of the menu prices include china, glass and flatware. We also provide linen table covers for all necessary tables. If the customer wishes to rent linen napkins, they are available at an additional $ .75per person.  . We fold the linen napkins in a triangular fold. If the customer purchases personalized napkins, we will use them according to their instructions. Additional linen table covers are available for a charge of $5 per table.
Menu Selections: These menus are suggestions only. Our staff would be pleased to customize a menu to meet your needs.. If you are planning a sit down dinner, we ask that you limit your entrees to two choices only. If more than two entrees are necessary (not including vegetarian and children’s options), there will be an additional charge of $1.00 per person for the third entree selection and $2.00 per person for the fourth entree selection. These additional charges will be added to all entree prices. Please allow for extra service time during the event.
Prices, Service Charges and Taxes: All of our prices are subject to change without notice. We guarantee our prices 90 days before an event. Severe market fluctuation will result in price adjustments from time to time. An 17% service charge will be added to all menu prices. In addition, applicable state and county taxes will be added to both the menu prices and service charges.

 

Reception Cancellations: If you cancel your reception more than 90 days before the scheduled date,

Koshkonong Mounds will refund your money if the date is rebooked Your deposit is non refundable

 if your reception is cancelled less than 90 days before the scheduled event.
